  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 14:00 EDT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing Period: Orders are usually handled within 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday). During peak seasons or unforeseen events, processing may take longer.
  • Delivery Timeframe: After dispatch, shipments generally arrive within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Minor delays can occur due to external factors beyond our control.
  • Complimentary Shipping: All orders within the Canada qualify for free delivery.

Your Order Is At the Starting Line
Once you complete your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email and immediately begin preparations. Processing usually takes 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday), but if we have a lot of orders, it may take a little longer. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. Then you can just watch it roll your way.

Your Package Is On Its Way
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handed over to the carrier. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

Possible Delays In Delivery
Delivery may occasionally be delayed. If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, please allow an additional 2 business days. Check the tracking link to see if it has moved. If not, please send us your order number. We will investigate the situation and get back to you.

How To Cancel Your Order
If you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible at info@canadian-explorer.com. Orders can be canceled until we start preparing or shipping them. Once the package is on its way or in the process of being prepared, unfortunately, it cannot be stopped.
