    To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging should remain intact. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear cannot be returned. Requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be processed.   • Step By Step Guide To Returning Goods

    If you need to return something, please email us at info@canadian-explorer.com. Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you instructions, including the return address. Pack the goods carefully, preferably in the original packaging, so that they are not damaged during transport. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Refund Information

    Refunds are credited to the original payment method once the return is verified. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is completed. No restocking fees apply, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided. After receiving your returned item, we will process and send the replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  • How To Cancel Your Order

    If you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible at info@canadian-explorer.com. Orders can be canceled until we start preparing or shipping them. Once the package is on its way or in the process of being prepared, unfortunately, it cannot be stopped.

    We know that it's not pleasant when something arrives broken or completely different from what you ordered. Just send us a few photos of the product and packaging to info@canadian-explorer.com. As soon as we receive them, we will start working on a solution and get back to you.
